Nobody Beats The Drum

This stop-motion video blew me away! Made solely out of 400 blocks of wood and not, as it might look, in a 3D program.

With nearly 4085 images it is directed by Rogier van der Zwaag, for the electro group Nobody Beats the Drum from Amsterdam.

HP Retail Ads by Lab Partners

Wonderful creative ads for HP Retail Publishing Solutions. Love the vibrant colours and the very graphic elements.

“The idea was to create these little white environments that could house the HP products, an employee, and a set of modular illustrations running up the background wall that changed out for each ad.”

Made by Lab Partners.

BAFTA Posters by Tavis Coburn

Excellent movie posters with retro graphic redesigns for the movies who were nominated for Best Film at the 2010 BAFTA awards.

Done by Tavis Coburn who is an illustrator and graphic designer. Even though his style is very influenced by the 1940s – 1960s, Coburn creates amazingly rich artwork that look completely timeless.
